Dear Mason Colleagues-
In support of the Mission, Values and Mason Graduate Working Group of the Mason Vision process, MasonLeads, a university-wide leadership steering committee, will be conducting an Appreciative Inquiry event for the Mason community on December 11, 2012. Appreciative Inquiry is a process of uncovering organizational strengths and potential. We are seeking your input to help shape aspects of the new Vision related to Mason’s mission, values and the Mason Graduate (the attributes we wish all of our students have in common by the time they graduate). You will also experience a technique that you can use in your respective organizations/units that you can use in strategic planning, team building, and professional/faculty development.
The Appreciative Inquiry university-wide event will be held on Tuesday, December 11th from 9:00am – 11:30am in Mason Hall, Meese Room. Spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum capacity of 125.
Please RSVP to email@example.com and reference “AI University-Wide Event” in your response. We only need your name, Mason affiliation, and email. Light refreshments will be provided.
If you are unable to attend this event, please come to one of the many town halls scheduled for the end of the semester. For details, go to vision.gmu.edu/events/
